Managing Wine Making

Projects that may include the services of one or more on-site contract winemakers, usually during the vintage period. Producers usually wish to change working practices and wine styles to meet the needs of export markets. This can involve redefining existing ranges or building new brands. TWC remains involved with all projects involving wine making throughout the year, working as a team with the client’s technical management.

In France

In New Zealand

In India

  • TWC handled the vintage 2008 and 2009 for an Indian wine producer based in   Bangalore and bought up the quality standards to international level and thus a step   to export markets.
  • TWC helped refurbish wines for wine producers in Maharashtra and Karnataka in India.

In China

  • Projects involving setting up of wineries and bottling units.

Defining and blending product ranges to measured quality scales.

A major American winery was requested by its UK importer which took TWC's services to produce a new brand of wine for a different market sector to widen its appeal beyond its devoted core clientele. This wine was subsequently successfully launched in the UK and Germany but also in other countries and even on its home market.
